Legion 5 II is an American comic book written and illustrated by Samuel Slepicka. It is a sequel to Legion 5 and the second book in the Legion 5 Trilogy.
Synopsis[]
One year after the eventful battle of New York, the Evilties are back, and this time Zurg is the villain the Legion 5 must face. At the same time, another common enemy for the team has arrived...school.
Plot[]
A year after the Battle of New York, the Elf King wakes up in the alleyway he fell into. In Central Park, Zach Soclin and Collin Toomy discuss their boredom with their lack of adventures since the battle. There they realize the Elf King is alive when they see him disrupting traffic on the street. They chase him and find him getting his ship from the lot Konju left it in. Elf King escapes and Zach and Collin go back to the Legion 5 Towers to tell Konju. Konju dismisses their threat as imagination to cure their boredom. Konju then tells Zach and Collin that he has enrolled them to a school and that it starts the next day. The Elf King arrives at the Eviltie Space Station where he is scolded by Zurg for his failure. Zurg then states he will launch a new battle. The first day of school does not go well for the team. Zach is sent to the office after electrocuting a teacher that was choking him. Pyro is ridiculed by his teacher for not knowing the answer to a question. Collin is hit in the face with a ball. Lucy gets in the middle of a food fight and Jeremy gets beat up by bullies. The next day, Zurg and his Zurg Bots go to New York. Pyro tries to warn his class when he sees a Zurg Bot land from the window but his teacher sees it as another disruption. The classroom blows up. Only Pyro survives. The fire alarm goes off. Zach escapes his classroom to go fight the Zurg-Bots defying his teacher's instructions. Konju realizes his mistake of not trusting Zach and Collin. Collin gets his new suit. Zurg blows the school up with a missile. Jeremy was not seen outside, leading the team to believe he is dead. Zurg briefly fights the team near the destroyed school but then escapes off to Times Square. Collin tracks him. In Times Square, they find out Jeremy is alive and narrowly escaped the explosion. They find Zurg in a coffee shop an fight him. Pyro destroys Zurg's helmet. Zurg Bots destroy the Legion 5 Towers, but Konju escapes and goes to the coffee shop where Zurg is. Zurg fakes an apology to trick the team. He then throws Pyro into a wall and threatens Zach, calling him Lightning Kid. This angers Zach and he electrocutes Zurg, causing him to pass out. The next day, the Legion 5 finds a cave in Central Park and moves into it.
